The Centre for Gut and Brain Axis (C-GABA) is a dedicated clinical and research programme focused on the complex relationship between the gut microbiome, immune regulation, and brain function.
Led by Dr. Narasimhaiah Srinivasaiah, a specialist in gastrointestinal and microbiome-focused therapy, C-GABA offers structured, evidence-based care for patients with complex, chronic, and treatment-resistant conditions.
Our approach goes beyond symptom control. We evaluate the entire system—gut, brain, and bowel function—to identify root causes and create personalised treatment pathways, including Faecal Microbiota Transplantation (FMT) when clinically appropriate.
